About LEMAIT
Short version: LEMAIT is run directly by its founders, not a large vendor with a sales floor. Here's what that actually means for you.
What we are
LEMAIT is built and run by people with 20+ years of experience managing businesses and 5+ years working hands-on with AI, backed by a dedicated team of engineers and integrators who build and deliver the work — there's no layer of account managers between you and the people who can actually change how the product works. We're new as a product: we don't have a long client roster to point to yet, and we'd rather say that plainly than paper over it with stock photos of a team that doesn't exist. What we do have is a product built around one idea — every price and every claim should be something you can check, not something you have to take on faith.
How we think about AI hype
2026 has no shortage of vendors claiming autonomous AI agents that plan, decide, and execute on their own. Most of that is a demo, not a dependable system — and we'd rather not add to the pile of unverifiable claims. Our position is narrower and, we think, more useful: an AI router picks a model for each task, drafts a first prototype, and every step of that — the price, the provider, the metric — is something you can look at, not something you're asked to trust blindly. Reliability you can check beats autonomy you have to take our word for.
What you can expect
- A personal reply to email, usually within a day — not a ticket queue.
- No charge, ever, without you explicitly bundling tasks into an order and confirming it.
- A straight answer about what you own vs. what you have ongoing access to, before you pay for anything — see our licensing explainer if that's not clear yet.
- Honesty about being early. If something isn't built yet, we'll say so instead of promising it exists.
Where we write
Our writing has appeared in Il Giornale delle PMI (14 August 2026) — on how to read a quote for an automation project so you can still check it a year later. Editorial selection, published free of charge and carrying no sponsored label: we mention it because a piece someone else chose to run says more than anything we could write about ourselves here.
