For European businesses · Proposals in EUR

Decide what to automate. Get the software built.

Bring a business process, an integration problem or an existing product. We define a measurable result, agree the scope and price, then deliver with human review.

No account required to enquire. Please describe the process without customer records, passwords or confidential attachments.

START SMALL

One-process diagnostic

€350–600

A focused review of one workflow: baseline, bottlenecks, constraints and a written implementation scope. Exact fixed price agreed before starting.

A decision document, not a production integration. Any credit toward implementation is recorded in the written offer.

CONSULTING

Audit + implementation roadmap

€1,900 scoped one-off engagement

For teams deciding where automation will pay off and how to implement it.

  • Map the current process, systems, baseline and bottlenecks.
  • Compare rules-based automation and AI, with costs, assumptions and risks.
  • Deliver a prioritised roadmap and one bounded prototype agreed in the scope.

Acceptance: a reviewable roadmap, documented assumptions and demonstration of the agreed prototype. Timeline and payment schedule are confirmed in the written proposal.

DEVELOPMENT

One working software milestone

From €960

For teams with a defined task: API integration, reporting workflow, internal tool or a bounded improvement to an existing product.

  • One written scope with inputs, exclusions and acceptance tests.
  • Implementation, error handling and a demonstration against those tests.
  • Handoff documentation and agreed ownership, access and support terms.

€960 covers a task estimated at up to 8 standard-hours, normally delivered in 10 working days after agreed inputs and payment conditions are met. Larger work receives a separate milestone proposal.

Broader production implementations start from €3,000 and are quoted in bounded milestones. Hosting, third-party usage and ongoing support are scoped separately. No recurring support fee is committed before measuring the workload.

What you can verify before buying

Try three synthetic workflow demonstrations →

Our own production platform uses FastAPI, Next.js and PostgreSQL with tenant isolation, task and order tracking, and recorded model routing. This is an internal product example; it is not a client success story.

Our public reviews of Namirial, Ryanair and Epilot analyse published third-party implementations. They demonstrate our evaluation approach; these companies are not presented as LEMAIT clients.

How the first conversation works

  1. Describe the process, the systems involved and the result you need.
  2. We check fit and identify missing inputs, then propose a bounded engagement.
  3. You approve the written scope, price and payment terms before work starts.
