Trust, data handling and delivery

Who you contract with
LEMAIT is supplied by TRIQUETRA COMPANY W.L.L., Bahrain Commercial Registration 176931-1. We serve European businesses remotely. The seller is registered in Bahrain; we do not claim an EU establishment.
Delivery and acceptance
Each engagement needs a written scope, fixed price or milestone prices, acceptance criteria, delivery inputs and payment terms. An automated estimate is informational until confirmed. Ownership, source-code handoff, hosting and ongoing support are specified in the proposal; do not assume every service includes a perpetual hosted subscription.
Application storage and AI processing
Our application database is hosted in Germany. Application hosting and model inference are separate: current AI integrations include US-based providers. EU-only inference is not guaranteed by the standard service. Required processing regions must be checked for the specific project before an order is agreed.
Restricted routing and traceability
Restricted routing filters the eligible model providers and records the model used. It supports operational control, but does not establish AI Act compliance or certify a system. Requirements depend on the intended use and responsibilities of each party.
Redaction and human review
Supported structured identifiers in task descriptions are replaced before model processing. Free-text names and all other personal data are not reliably removed. AI outputs require review; important decisions and production write access need explicit acceptance controls.
Before sharing personal or sensitive data
Start with a process description and synthetic or anonymised examples. Before customer-data processing, agree the data categories, controller/processor roles, processor terms, provider list, processing locations, access, retention, deletion and any required transfer safeguards. This page is not a signed DPA and does not assert that project-specific assessments are complete.
Evidence and limitations
The public case reviews distinguish supplier claims, assumptions and our conclusions. Third-party companies discussed in those reviews are not LEMAIT client references. We provide engineering work and technical evidence; legal conclusions and regulated professional sign-off belong to qualified advisers.
